Materials shown here are the origins and molds we keep; substitutes are named before a batch starts.
Day counts begin after origin lock and mold choice, not after the first email.
You will see what we refuse: rushed cool-downs, overfilled molds, or inclusions that break temper.
Questions that need photos of bloom are easier by form; attach details in the message field.

How long for a custom batch?
Most small tablet runs leave in 8–12 days after origin and mold are locked.
Do you remelt bloomed bars?
Light bloom can often be restored; deep sugar bloom may need a fresh temper pass.
Can I watch tempering?
Short observation slots are booked so the slab stays clear.
Are inclusions nut-free?
Ask before booking—shared tools mean we label risks honestly.
Where is the FAQ?
